Great Customer Service

I really enjoyed having my car serviced at Lexus Of Valencia. I called to make a service appointment and was given one for the very next day at a time that fix perfect into my schedule. I was greeted with a smile, and taken into a small private office were the paperwork and work order was completed. I was then escorted to the waiting room were they had fresh donuts and a special coffee machine with different types of coffee and lattes while I waited for the shuttle to take me to the mall. They even picked me up when I was done shopping and my car was ready at the estimated time.
